Ten Days

You know it's REALLY close to wedding day when you're obsessively checking the weather the second you get up. And then 5 times throughout the day. Just in case.

You know it's REALLY close to wedding day when you already started packing for the HONEYMOON! Which mostly meant assembling a list for J Love. Since he's home and I'm not.

You know it's REALLY close to wedding day when you drop 5 pounds in a couple days, because you're too busy to remember to eat. You're tossing & turning in the middle of the night, because you're up in the air on a DJ and you STILL don't know what you want for your bouquet.

You're going over numbers and figures and words and contracts and your head is spinning over the orderly chaos of it all.

You're wondering if the groom has put down his vows on paper. You're shocked when he says he's just gonna wing it when you've had your vows written for OVER A YEAR.

You're crying every time someone says wedding or you see a marriage on TV.

You're getting calls from people who will be here in a week and are wondering what they can bring? How can they help? How are you feeling? Nerves? Anxiety? Excitement?

YES! To all the above.

I CAN NOT wait to be surrounded by family & friends from all over the world. Or the Americas, at least. I can't wait for next Wednesday night when at this very time I will be picking up my MOH from the airport. I can't wait for the attention. And love. And support. And to be the wife to the greatest man I have every known!
